RETURNS
All returns or refund requests must be postmarked within seven (3) days of the purchase date.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, contact the academy with your request, include your proof of purchase, and give reasons why you need a refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
● A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
● No one can request a refund after having studied a course for more than 3 days.
